Adding sales-type lessor leases?

Hi!  I was wondering if anyone know how to add a sales-type lessor lease in the Lease Receivables part of Lease Administration module. Thus far, I've only seen an option to add operating leases.  (There is no classification option like the lease payable side has). Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
