ePro Requisition Settings page, opens into modal window can we personalize tab order?

In eProcurement when we click on the Requisition Settings link, that page opens up in a modal window.  Is there a way online we can personalize the tab order?  There is a Personalize link in the Accounting Defaults section but not for the rest of the fields in the modal window.
