How do I get my Footer display the next set of data ?

My Stub in my check print correctly runs through the 18 checks.

I am on BI Publisher desktop E920...

For bank approval I need to define exact position of my data fields including my MICR Data.

If I move the Payment portion to the footer the PDF

repeats the first check 18 times.

Is there a way without a footer to place the actual check portion in a set position in the RTF ?
