Oracle Property Manager APIs

Hi,

With respect to Doc ID 1348946.1, I gather that there are no APIs to upload property details to Oracle Property Manager.

Also with respect to Doc ID 1278446.1, I can see that, the following can be achieved -

1. Lease creation and updation can be done using APIs.

2. Index Rent creation and updation can be done using APIs.

3. Variable Rent creation and updation can be done using APIs.

4. Workflow, Business events for lease are available.

5. Client extension for variable rent calculation is available.

6. API to update the Lease status is present.

Have a few questions -

1. While creating leases through APIs, what would be populated in the location type and location code of the leases. Because from the application I can only select the property components as Location types (i.e. Building/Land/Floor/Parcel/Office/Section) and if properties cannot be created by APIs, does that mean that we have to create the property beforehand (using data-loader) and then assign the same to the lease creation APIs?
