Normal way to transact item?

Hi,

Please could someone help me figure out if the following item has been transacted incorrectly and if so what the cause of the issue could be.

The table below shows the way the item has been transacted. It seems to have gone from main stock to picked and then looped back to main stock and picked again. The final transaction (at the top of the table) shows a different transfer org than the 4 lines below it.
