SDM 8.1 Failure in loading the latest configuration

Hi Everyone,

I'm having problem with the following error as below when load configuration on SBC device running SCZ 8.1.

Failure in loading the latest configuration. Reason: Could not get device information. $ Failed to download LCC for Device VOIP-SBC-1 Reason: Cannot connect to target host using SSH..

Someone have same experience and solution on this case? Thanks in advance.
