Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. I'd upgraded finally successfully from R12.1.3 to R12.2.7

and now I want to go-live on production

can I clone only the database ( Refresh) from source R12.1.3 to Target R12.2.7 ?

Database versions are the same ( source and target 11.2.0.4)

OS version is the same ( source and target Linux 7)

APPS version is different ( Source R12.1.3 Target R12.2.7)
