Embedded BIP not printing barcodes when xml above 10MB

Hello All,
We have an issue where BIP pickslips are not printing barcodes when the xml source file is above 10MB. We are on JDE 9.2 TR 9.2.2.5. I checked the P95645 and we do not have an entry for PD but we do for PY (80% small, 20% large, 10MB limit for small. So, I ran a large job in PY and the barcodes do not print even though it is running in the Large kernel. Is anyone else seeing this issue and can point me to possible settings or changes we need to make? We have seen 2329689.1 but we
