R3483 in JDE 9.2-doubling requirements, pegging table not populated

HI,

We just upgraded to 9.2 over the weekend.  R3483 jobs are running however, we are seeing a doubling of planned orders and creation of planned orders for both the end item and the process part.  We have installed the patch 27281662 but we are getting the same results.  Also, F3412 is not populated.  Has anyone else found this issue and determined a cause/fix?  I've attached an example
