RUP12 (12.2) - Where is self-service 1095C consent Y/N saved?

When an employee records consent for viewing his 1095C in self-service, where is that option saved in the back-end database (what HRMS screen will show it)?  I'm thinking we might want to include this option in queries/extracts we use when validating the annual 1095C captured data.
