Refer to exchange rate in a calc

Hi guys

it is possible to refer to a exchange rate in a calculator manager rule? I would to force some translations directly in a calculation manager.

But the dimensions in the exchange rate input webform are different than the dimensions in the FCCS planning view.

Moreover, is there any way to refer directly to the exchange rate related to the currency of any entity?
