Create Agreeemnts from project planning and control possible?

Dear Experts,

Any page available to create agreement and fund projects in Project planning and control pages in 12.2.6?

I can only see baseline funding button and a link under agreements section to click on 'Agreement number' then it leads to update existing agreement only such as 1)  'Add funding line' or and 'View funding' page only,

          under Financial > Funding.

But, there is no place to create agreement directly in project planning module.

Did I miss anything?

Any patch to apply?
