How to systematically click ok on Forms Error FRM-40401

In Oracle Applications : 12.1.3 we have done formas personalization to force commit irrespective of changes or no changes. When there is nothing to save Oracle gives message FRM-40401 No changes to Save.

Using Forms personalization how can I avoid this form error or systematically click ok so user doesn't have to do this extra step of clicking OK.
