Manager Hierarchy Fast formula (EBS 12.1.3)

in Compensation and Benefits - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi everyone,

i need a simple example of manager hierarchy fast formula to use it in compensation plan. i did some research about it and all results are related to fusion and i'm not sure if EBS fast formula and fusion are the same. however, our requirements is salary increases should be allocated by line managers, and it will go for approval as supervisor hierarchy until it reach the concerned directory of each business line/division.

after the directory approve the worksheet, it should reach compensation manager, if its approved, it should reach CEO for approval.

any suggestions?

our EBS release is 12.1.3
