Automate FTP in Enterprise One 9.2

We are on JDE 9.2 Enterprise One. We have requirement to FTP a CSV output i.e A Custom UBE generates a CSV.  Once the UBE is generated is there a way to FTP the output.

I did review the article as below.  If there is any alternative, I would appreciate any suggestions.
