Explanation on processing option values of R1201Z1I

Hi All, greetings. I am looking for some explanation on processing option values of R1201Z1I - tab "Versions" - PO - "Program Id". How do asset master records creation differ when P1201 is selected there vis a vis P1702.

Also, how does this work in conjunction with another processing option - tab "Process 1" - PO:

1. Process Mode for Inbound Transactions.

EM = Equipment Management (Default).
CSMS = Customer Service Management
FA = Fixed Assets.

If I select "FA" there, do I have to select "P1201" on versions tab and "EM" > "P1702"?

When I load some assets with current setting of FA + P1702 and try to specify a location value in P1201Z1 data load, I get an error upon running R1201Z1I that says:
