Grower - final Settlement by Block

Hello Everyone,

For a Grower Block, voucher is created via 'final settlement by block".

when tried to inquire that Block in the application "'final settlement by block", system throws an error message "Final Settlement already done"

Why this Error is generated and how to verify all the settlement of the block is done.

Attached the detailed screen capture.

Appreciate your thoughts.
