Shipconfirm happened twice on sales order and cardex updated twice.

Hi All,

I got into a situation where ship confirmed happened twice on an order for few lines and cardex too updated twice.

Please suggest how to fix it.

1. Only doing an IA can fix this

2. or do we need SQL to delete cardex duplicate records and then SQL update on F41021 or IA will work instead of SQL on F41021 after deletion of duplicate cardex records.
