Full Package Build Best Practices

Hi Team,

Please advise on any Best Practices to plan for Full Package Builds. We have proposed a plan to one of our Customers  for Building full packages for test environments once in 2 months and in case of Prod once in 3 months.

Also, what is the parameter which defines the time taken for an Update Package? Is it the number of new objects which will be built as part of the update package?

Please advise. Thanks.
