Golden gate data missing

Hello Gurus,

we have a data missing scenario,the production source DB has the missing records but the DWH target DB is missing them in our production environment .I'm really not sure how to go about finding the root cause since records were created long back on the source system. The GG error log and discard file for the process has nothing on it. Isn't discard file suppose to have it?

The management needs to know why records are missing. Please help troubleshoot or finding what could have caused the records to miss.

Target GG Version: 12.3

DB-12.1 (cdb)
