Received item is not showing in material transactions and no onhand available.

Hi Experts,

We come up with an issue where:

Item was received against an internal order and we can see the receiving transaction for this item in destination org. But if we go and check the material workbench for destination org and same item we can't see any onhand quantity available.

If we check material transactions for that item, we can even find any record for that item in material transactions too.

Please help !
