Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Need automatic refresh of filtered (project) portfolio's

How Do Filtered Portfolios Get Refreshed? (Doc ID 1934516.1)

The filtered portfolios will only get refreshed during periods when a user goes to view the projects of the filtered portfolio:

Dashboards:

Opening a dashboard that has the filter portfolio selected as its Filter By
Changing the Filter By on a dashboard to a filter portfolio

Portfolio Section:

Opening the filter portfolio via the Open Portfolio option on the Portfolio menu- Opening the filter portfolio via the Portfolio MRU list
Entering the Portfolio section for the last filter portfolio you accessed by clicking the Portfolio main menu item
Changing Filter By in Portfolio Analysis view
