Getting siebel error SBL-TNT-00136

Hi

I am trying to add under specific products couple of products so that they reflect in the recommendations tab. But while adding the products i am getting the  SBL-TNT-00136 .

I am not able to understand why i am getting this error.

Also if i need to add to a product under recommendations how to make it appear in the internal product list.

Please suggest.
