Problem of check sequence skip number F0413 & F0911

Hi Community,

It is the 1st time that we face this kind of problem, for unknown reason we don't know why the system skip certain number, after investigating in our database we found that 3 time the system skip number. I was not able to replicate the problem in our CRP environment, I checked the column security for NXTC into the P04572 | W04572B, so it is secured no one can change the sequence before printing the check. The program P0030G is secured too, only the payable manager who access,
