What are the base Security Roles needed for Trace Peoplecode/SQL from Tools | Utilities | debug?

I am developing/unit testing and need to test with a basic Fluid User.

But I need to initiate a trace for a specific function using the Trace Peoplecode / SQL from Tools | Utilities | debug.  I don't want to do a trace from login because it is too much too look through.

Anyway, Security Roles do I need to add to a user to give them access to Trace Peoplecode / SQL?
