12.2.1.3 BPM and SOA Together Installation

Hi we are planning to install below SOA Components version 12.2.1.3.

1.ESS, 2.MFT, 3.SOA

4. Business Process Management

5. Business Activity Monitoring Domain

6. Real-Time Integration Business Insight

My question is:

1) do I have to install SOA first and extend the domain to include BPM ?

2) Can I directly install BPM instead of SOA ?

3) If I select BPM then SOA components is included in BPM ?

4) Can I create all FMW components under one domain called soa_domain and create managed servers for each component like ESSess_serevr1, MFTmft_serevr1, soa soa_serevr1, BPMbpm_server1, BAMbam_serevr1???

5) What about Real-Time Integration Business Insight, do I have to create managed server or it will be included under BAMbam_serevr1 ?
