How to include Losses in the Batch Bill of Material

Hello ,

I have a query regarding the Batch Bill of material using Standard Costing method 07 , here is the below scenario,

1. Process 1 : I have a Bill of material for batch of 8500 LT . I have defined the Standard , Labor , Machine and FOH for that .

In BOM I have only one Raw material which I am using as 70% Quantity of Batch Size .

At the Work Order level I am completing the Qty as 8500 and closing the order , so no variance is generated .

the output fo this process is considered as Semi-finished good and as an input to my next Process 2.

2. Process 2 : A seperate BOM is maintained for this process which has the child item as the SFG from Process 1.
