Manage Server File Location for Submitted Job

Dear Experts,

When an user finished run a batch version, it will add new row in Submitted Job Search.

Every row in Submitted Job Search has a report file.

Where is the server location for report file that created from batch version?

The folder size in server will always growth. Which one is the best way to manage that file / manage folder allocation for stored submitted job?
