Period Mass Copy Didn't Copy Exact Corporation Book Data

We create an asset in FA module and change the category to a new one. When we run the mass copy program, it only copies accounting entry of the new category to tax book. This will cause data inconsistency between corp book and tax book. We are wondering if there's a solution for this. It'll be greatly appreciated if anyone could help us on this subject.
