How to Delete Batch Versions or Project in Apps 9.0 TR 9.1.3.1

Hello,

I have several old versions, that I am trying to delete from every location (DV, PY) What is the proper way to delete them thru OMW?  I am trying to delete them in every environment (DV, PY).

I have tried to research best I can, but cannot find the correct document.  Any guidance greatly appreciated!
