Shipment action "Report--->Custom Report" to generat report based on my cutom BI publisher report T

Hii,
I've created a custom report within BI publisher, and i have uploaded my final RTF template to BI publisher cloud based on a data set that i've created also (to get info about a shipment). Then, i've made the necessary configuration to use my report template to generate the report based on the output : Shipment_gid".
The problem is that the final report that i get show only the names of the fields but without the values?
