Correct Quality plan is not triggering

Hi All,

We have created two quality collections plans for receiving inspection.

In transaction we have set trigger at item.

For Item A quality plan A should trigger while receiving

For Item B quality plan B should trigger while receiving.

However only Quality plan A is only triggering.

Below are the setups we did.

Can you please help us on how it can be corrected.
