NIGP CODES

Does anyone update the NIGP codes?  We are wanting to update the NIGP code on a yearly basis.  When we were implementing the system 4 years ago we were told there was no way to put the new file into the system, but that it would be a manual process.  This can not possibly be our only option.  Also, wondering if anyone does a comparison of their current file to the new file to see what the delta is between files in order to do a manual update.
