Defrag the dimension with reindexDomain

Hi Team,

We are getting below error while building RDF domain using -p parameter.

<E 2018Sep21 13:16:37.214> DimRegistry::updatePositions failed for 'rgrp'. Capacity is 65536 with 16 bits but the final size after add is 65537. Defrag the dimension with reindexDomain or increase the bitsize with dimensionMgr + reindexDomain.

We have ran the reindex utility using below command. But again got the same error while building.

reindexDomain -d $RDF_DOMAIN -dimSpec rule -force
