Kanban vs MRP

hi,

i`ve an item registered in 3 branch/plant (A, B and C), this item kanban is active in A and B, and desactive in C, i use mrp mult-planning in this 3 branch plant, but only in A an B that is kanban do not generated message of procurement, why in plant C where kanban is disable the message of planning appears only on tables but not in the P3411?

P3411 use the F4101 for item kanban to show or not the message?
