Unable to load data to ARM

We are using Hyperion FCM 11.1.2.3.501 . We are trying to load data from PeopleSoft Finance to ARM but the balance load has failed at staging process. I can see that the balances are loaded in Data load workbench when I click on import but there is an error with unbalanced BU's (please see below)
