Integrated Replicat abending with OGG-00664

Hi

One of my Integrated Replicat processes has been abending with the following error:

OGG-00664  OCI Error Sending commit command to database inbound server, 'OGG$REPCCAD' (status = 26815-ORA-26815: Error from Apply Network Receiver for Apply "OGG$REPCCAD" and Capture "replicat".

ORA-26885: OCIXStreamInCommit called before OCIXStreamInFlush).

OGG Version is 12.2.0.2.2

DB Version is 12.1.0.2.  DB is a PDB

Platform is Linux on an EXADATA appliance.

The replicat applies CLOB data.

I found bug information for this but that pertains to OGG version 12.1.0.1.  This replicat was working fine till now, for the last 6 months.

Anyone had any experience with this error.
