Grid formats upgrade from TR 9.1.4.7 to 9.2.2.5 with apps 9.1

We have found that if the same grid short name was converted in DV it will not be converted in PY when running the TL9224001 ASI.

Has anyone else seen this?

If so, how can we ensure that all grid UDOs in each path code is converted regardless if the same short name was previously converted in another path code?

I have a feeling it has to do with the UDO already existing in OMW web for the user but not sure.
