Warning - Cannot enroll at Plan Level with default Plan set to Y

What does this warning do when  you have a Life Insurance plan or any plan which has a default Plan set to Y. and you set that plan to use the eligibility rule of 90 days since they will get this benefit will be in effect only only after 90 days after hire.

to avoid this warning should I use the stad Plan ID with a Eligibilty to NONE and have the start date for enrollment set to after days in the override? Please assist... Thank You
