Customer statement to parent

Hi,

Up to last month we were printing customer statement for a particular customer at parent level and in customer LoB, print statement was in parent level.  From this month onwards we want to send the customer statement in customer level.  We changed customer LoB , print statement to C- customer.  But still it is printing at parent level.

Can you Please advise where and I have to update in order to get customer statement in customer level.
