Can I create tax only debit memo in ReIM 14.0.2?

in Retail Invoice Matching (MOSC) Question

I am using ReIM 14.0.2 and have a scenario where the tax has already been calculated for a MRCHI invoice. NOw I want to reverse the tax amount? Want to create Debit memo tax stand alone invoice. Can you please share some data what all tables will be populated or how it can be achieved through screen.
