How can we migrate existing property invoices in to Property manager

Hi Folks,

Need some inputs in Data Migration activity.

We have few properties to upload and for the same properties -prepayment invoices are already done.

However the payment is for yearly and from Finance side our team will be uploading the Prepayment invoices.

How can we take care the same prepayment invoices in Properties.

Example:

Property "A"

Lease period -01-Jul-2016 to 31-Aug-2020

Prepayment invoice will be done yearly basis.For this  client has already done the prepayment invoice for this year in 30-Jun-2018 to 30-May-2019.

So how can we bring this Invoice details in to property manager?
