GL Currency rate webadi uploaded successfully fails to effect

Issue: GL Currency rate webadi uploaded successfully. The subsequent concurrent program shows succesful or warning of stale data.

However Data is not available in the front end of oracle

Navigation--> GL--> Setup--> Currencies--> Daily Rates

Create in spreadsheet,

Download the template

Unprotect the document by clicking Review --> Unprotect document

Enter the data in excel.

Upload the transaction by clicking Addin- Upload in excel

From front end review General Ledger Spreadsheet (Program - Daily Rates Import and Calculation) in oracle is completed succesful
