Cost calculation based on setup rate is not reflecting in Project finances

Hi,

We are looking for cost to get calculated under finance section based on the "set up" rate.

We have configured the "setup rate" for a resource, added a new element

of type "setup" type in the finance template.

On creating a project and adding that resource in the project team. The cost based on the setup rate is

not getting reflected.Only the cost based on the standard rate is getting reflected.

Could you please clarify if we are missing any configurations.

Also please give the significance of setup rate.
