how to create jobs
We have 261 missing job titles from our HCM system and I would like to know best practice for creating these as they show int he directory.
Should we be creating a job individually i.e. HRBp or Tax Accountant or should we be grouping is Accountants irrespective of specialism?
Also I need to know here to add the benchmark for these jobs per role on HCM.
We do not use positions just Jobs but really need a consistent and best practice way of building them.
Any examples of ones set up or the opportunity to visit or have a webex with another company would be advantageous.
