SGA sizing for better performance

We had P1 issue where  we saw spike in load on  the database  server  and  database went into  hung state . when upon killings the  few process , the   dba's were able to connect to database

We observed that  the load on the database  spiked  from   30% to 180% within three seconds  and notice few oracle process consuming high memory and CPU  during the issue observe the swap space also  fully  utilized and 0 bytes free  swap space was left . please   do le know do we need  resize the SGA   looking  at exiting  setting  and if yes what should be  the best recommendation

total RAM:252.23 gb
