in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question

Good day

I still get the following error when I want to make a change in AP to a provider: "Taxpayer ID is used by another business entity. Please enter a different Taxpayer ID". I know that this is because the registry exists as a provider and as a client, we made the merger part so that the error would not continue to appear. However, the merger apparently did not work because the error keeps coming up.

Does anyone know what is due?
