Secure Item Branch row exit Quantities fields but with only Items that have a Stk/Type of "M"

We are trying to find a way to secure Item Branch row ext Quantities fields but with only Items that have a Stk/Type of "M". Items that are Stk/Typ "P" or others we want users to be able to change and OK.
