Spaces differences after Header Template session in page break

I have a BIP Template with Header Template

There are differences in the 1st page and the following pages after page break

Attached is the output when the output only 1 page is ok but when I have page break for the 2nd and 3 rd pages there are more spaces lines after header session

Please let me know if you saw these before and know how to fix it.
