OTM on-premise ends in which version or does it continue to be part of cloud versions

Hi All,

A quick clarification.

Since, oracle otm cloud starts v6.4.2 onwards, would on-premise solution from oracle also continue v6.4.2. I hear people talking differently about v6.4.3 . Some say its on premise and other debate that it is only cloud.
